In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product at your own expense within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Customized items are not eligible for return, refund nor exchange, unless a production error was made on our behalf. 550 cord bracelets are also a customized item so they also are not eligible for return for the reason of incorrect size request by the buyer.
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to have the product returned back to you, you must pay for the return postage in advance.
